This beta version of the SEC2 client has been around for awhile, but was never officially published on the site for download until now.
This version *might* help to resolve issues when “querying servers” by using a different method to download the server list from the master server. It also adds multiple language support during installation if you download the “Multi-language” version.
Please feel free to give it a try and share your feedback in the comments or forum.

It’s been a long time coming, and we have finally completed migrating the website and master server to a new instance hosted on AWS. We hope that performance and stability will be improved!
There might be a few minor issues over the next few days until the DNS changes have fully propogated. Also, e-mail from the website is currently not working, but is expected to be restored soon.
Update: Some performance related fixes have been implemented to address some issues with the new provider that were causing extended outages over the past week. Fingers crossed that the new configuration is good. Also, server stats are now re-enabled!
A big thanks to @fredcpp for refreshing the look of the full server list page!
Tip: You can quickly access the full server list page by clicking the title of the right sidebar ‘Server List’ widget.

The site functionality has been restored.
We will continue to work on fix the small visual details that remain missing. For now, new players can join the game. If you created an account the previous days and can’t login, try registering again with the same email. Some accounts may have been lost because of the downtime.
